Messages may include replies to customer inquiries, booking confirmations, reservation reminders, waiver reminders, trip preparation information, pickup and arrival instructions, schedule or weather updates, safety information, and captain-to-guest coordination. This customer-care campaign does not send promotional marketing. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or reservation.
